Norah is obsessed with making communities a better place and brings years of diversified corporate experience to every project.
Norah has nearly 20 years of experience enhancing client relationships and sales leadership across Big Data, Real Estate, Hospitality, Automotive, and SaaS industries.
At CCG, Norah leads investor relations activities, works with clients to develop and manage strategies for purchasing real estate and partnering with local agencies to create great living experiences for the communities it serves.
Justina Cheffon
Justina is a multifaceted HR leader who has a blend of experience including employee relations, employee engagement, and organizational development. Her experience is spread across several industries and companies including Old Republic Aerospace, Kinder Morgan, and LexisNexis.
Justina believes customer service is the most important principle of a business both internally and externally. Her favorite quote is “Greatness is right outside of your comfort zone” which helps to drive her both professionally and personally. Justina is a SHRM-CP certified HR practitioner with a B.S. in Biology, wife, and mom to 2 rambunctious boys.
At CCG, Justina underwrites properties, approves offers, and ensures compliance within due-diligence and underwriting stages of acquisition. Justina also manages CCG’s partner and supplier network.
